Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife, Brooke Mueller has been arrested in Aspen, CO for drug possession and assault. The 34 year old has visited rehab multiple times and this will be her second arrest for possession of cocaine. She has also confessed in the past to abuse of other substances such as marijuana and Vicodin.
Mueller has since been bailed out of jail and exact details on the charges of third degree assault have yet to be released. Check back for updates here and on our twitter!

Hannah Montana star Mitchel Musso was busted for DUI in Burbank, California on Sunday! Almost a year after his co-star Miley Cyrus made headlines for smoking salvia, Musso was pulled over at 3:43 am after failing to slow down for cops directing traffic.
Law enforcement sources told TMZ that when Musso’s car was approached they could smell a “strong odor of alcohol” and after that the 20-year-old performed poorly on a sobriety test and blew well over the legal .08 limit in California.
Did we mention that this legal limit is for those who are OVER 21 and actually allowed to drink!? Not only was Musso drinking and driving, but he was underage! His bail was set to $5,000 and he was released from custody a few hours later.
