Adele may have recently had major throat surgery…but her performance at the Grammy Awards on Sunday night was no indication of that! It was her first live performance after canceling a US tour to have the surgery — and she sounded better than ever.

The big Grammy-winner sang her hit Rolling in the Deep and got a standing ovation from the audience in the end. This is no surprise, either, considering Adele took home two of the night’s most coveted awards: Album of the Year and Record of the Year.

What did you think of Adele’s performance — is she back to her full potential already?! Let us know in the comments below or, of course, on Twitter.

One of the most coveted awards at the Grammys is Song of the Year. This year several talented artists were given the honor of a nomination including:

Bruno Mars, Grenade

Kanye West & Rihana, All Of The Lights

Mumford and Sons, The Cave

Bon Iver, Holocene

But the winner is Adele with Rolling In The Deep! This is Adele’s fourth win of the night, including best pop vocal album for 21 and best short form music video for Rolling in the Deep and best pop solo performance for Someone Like You. She is still up for two more awards this evening but it seems safe to say that she is already tonight’s big winner!

What do you think of Adele scooping up every award at this year’s show? Let us know your thoughts on twitter!

UPDATE: Adele has just been awarded another one of the night’s top awards, Record of the Year, as well for her hit record, Rolling In The Deep! Is there a better way to come back from a hiatus due to throat surgery??

UPDATE: And she takes Album of the Year as well for her sophomore album, 21! She is making possibly the most adorable acceptance speech on the planet.
